Year 8; Ancient Egypt Project

 Your Task: 

You and your partner have been chosen by the Egyptian Tourist Bureau to design a brochure about modern Egypt.

a)You are expected to use a variety of web2.0 technologies.

b)You are to be as creative as possible

Groups: 

This project is to be completed in groups of three. Students are to consult with their teacher to confirm groups.

Time Frame:

You have two weeks to complete your brochure. Three tasks a week will be allocted for students to complete. At the end of each week students are expected to:

a) Email each three tasks to thehed@teachernet.com.au

b) Submit the completion of each task on our classroom blog @ www.thehed.wordpress.com. Each task that you submit on your blog should have your groups name clearly titled, the task number and the week.

Parents and Project

Parental involvment will be neccessary in completion of the project. Your parents will be recquired to comment on YOUR SET WORK each week as you post your task on your blog. Parents are asked to comment on your work to show your progression and the successfulness of the web 2.0 technology in which you use.

NOTE: all parents have recieved an email in regards to their responsibility in this project
